Certified Privacy Program Manager

Job Summary

Providing system-wide assistance in the implementation and development of privacy initiatives, the full-time Privacy & Civil Rights Program Manager will oversee third-party audits, manage privacy-related projects, and serve as a subject matter expert on compliance and civil rights regulations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee third-party audits and monitoring reviews related to privacy compliance
• Provide expert consultation on federal, state, and local privacy regulations to leadership and staff
• Manage and develop privacy-related projects and initiatives across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certification in HealthCare Compliance, Privacy, or Security (CHC or CHPC) required
• Certification in ADA, DEI, or a related area preferred
• Six years of professional experience in healthcare, with three years in compliance, privacy, or security
• Experience with government oversight, ERM, audit, contracting, or legal matters required
