Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with executives, technical leads, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver business value
  • Oversee Agile ceremonies and manage competing priorities to shape the product roadmap
  • Manage delivery timelines, monitor defects, and leverage analytics and customer insights for decision-making
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or higher in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
  • Ability to translate the big picture into tangible Epics/User stories
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment as a Product Owner, including writing user stories and following the development process
  • Experience with Genesys Cloud or other CRM tools
