Job Summary

A company is looking for a Profee Coder in Health Information Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Code medical records for physician and mid-level providers, ensuring timely and accurate coding
• Assign appropriate ICD 10, CPT, and HCPCS codes while adhering to coding guidelines
• Maintain a quarterly quality score of 95% or greater in ethical coding standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Completion of a Coding Course
• Preferred 1-2 years of related experience
• Required core credentials such as CPC, COC, CIC, RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CRC, CPC-A, CIC-A, or COC-A
