Certified ProFee Coding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Profee Coding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding for a minimum of 1-4 specialties
• Calculate ProFee and/or Facility E/M levels using company algorithms
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and maintain accuracy rates of 95% or higher

Required Qualifications

• Must be certified through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P)
• At least 2 years of on-the-job experience in coding
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Working knowledge of EMR and billing systems
• Must maintain ongoing productivity and quality scores of 95% or higher
