Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Content Program Lead to drive operational success and customer consultation for content-based claim leveling programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary consultative lead for customers, supporting onboarding and ongoing program operations
• Monitor program performance and analyze claims data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to the development of new content-based leveling programs and support cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health information management, nursing, or a related field
• Active AAPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credential required
• Minimum of five years of experience with medical claims, coding, and reimbursement methodologies
• Experience with content-based claim edits or payment accuracy programs
• Proven ability to lead customer meetings and provide actionable insights on claim behavior
