Job Summary
To support optimal reimbursement and compliance, the full-time Professional Production Coder will accurately assign CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes to professional services while working remotely in New Hampshire.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately assign coding for professional services in accordance with current guidelines and payer requirements
- Interpret office, operative, and procedure notes to ensure compliance and optimal reimbursement
- Act as a liaison to ancillary departments and physicians, providing coding expertise and support
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of coding experience required
- AAPC Coding Certification(s) from AHIMA or AAPC required
