Job Summary

To support the coding needs of a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time remote Professional Production Coder will accurately assign CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes to professional services while collaborating with providers and coding leadership to ensure compliance and optimal reimbursement.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurately assign CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes in accordance with coding guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Interpret office, operative, and procedure notes to ensure compliance and optimal reimbursement through proper coding
• Act as a liaison and coding expert to ancillary departments, administration, and physicians, providing support and resolving coding discrepancies

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of coding experience
• AAPC or AHIMA Coding Certification(s)
