Certified Professional Coder Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Analyst who is motivated to participate in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret payer coverage and payment policies across all payers
• Support reimbursement projects through policy interpretation, data analysis, and reporting
• Conduct analytical reviews and audits related to coding, coverage, and reimbursement outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in reimbursement, billing, or business analytics
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required
• Experience reviewing and applying payer coverage and payment policies
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial reimbursement
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
