Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Insurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage invoices and ensure timely claims submissions and appeals processes
• Research and resolve inquiries from various departments regarding billing and insurance issues
• Review and facilitate the correction of insurance denials and errors in charge and payment posting

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5 years of healthcare experience in medical billing or related fields - required
• Proven ability to develop coursework presentations - required
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD coding and medical terminology - required
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent - required
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Finance, IT, or Education - preferred
