Certified Professional Coder Educator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Coding Compliance Educator responsible for developing and delivering coding education and consultation to providers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead advanced coding education for individual and large provider groups using remote methods
• Design and implement specialty-specific documentation and coding training programs
• Analyze coding performance indicators to identify training needs and coordinate sessions accordingly

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a Professional Coder (CPC)
• 7+ years of experience in coding CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS
• In-depth knowledge of AMA CPT and CMS ICD-10 coding guidelines
• Proficient in Google Office Suite and relevant software applications
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and navigating EHRs
