Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Content Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop Medical Content Analysts to achieve departmental KPIs
• Serve as a subject matter expert on coding guidelines and claims edit logic
• Provide consultative support to clients regarding clinical content development and regulatory trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Health Information, or related fields
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in health insurance payer or automated claims editing
• 3+ years of experience managing coding, billing, or claims processing professionals
• Active AAPC Certified Professional Coders (CPC) certification or AHIMA Certified Coding Specialist-Physician (CCS-P)
• Extensive understanding of US health insurance payers and payment methodologies
