Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Coding Supervisor (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations for Physician Coding Clients
• Code 20% of the time while overseeing projects and supervising and training coders for the remaining 80%
• Identify documentation improvement opportunities and communicate effectively with providers

Required Qualifications

• University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (experience may substitute for education)
• Currently certified as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) by AAPC
• Experience supervising coders
• Proficiency in Physician Communication
• Experience in identifying documentation improvement opportunities
