Job Summary

Leading global quality engineering initiatives, the remote Quality Engineering Project Manager will manage product transfers and new production line implementations within the medical device industry, requiring 10-15% travel to Costa Rica.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering activities supporting manufacturing processes, equipment, and validation
• Manage global product transfer projects and support new production line implementation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant execution of projects and drive validation activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering strongly preferred
• Certified Project Manager (CPM/PMP) strongly preferred
• Experience leading global product transfers within the medical device industry
• 8+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, QA/QC, or related functions
• Strong understanding of cGMP, validation, qualification, and quality systems
