Job Summary

Leading a team of regional security consultants, the full-time Manager Regional Security Services will oversee physical security programs, identify risks, implement controls, and ensure compliance while working in a hybrid or remote capacity across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team with physical security responsibilities, establishing performance expectations and driving accountability
• Oversee security services delivery, risk identification, and incident response across multiple regions
• Collaborate with business partners to develop strategies and controls that mitigate risks within the Bank's risk tolerance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Retail Bank Operations and Security, including management, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
• Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent professional certification preferred
• Strong risk management skills
• Direct management/leadership experience in a security context
• Knowledge of relevant security regulations and standards, including the Bank Protection Act and NIST 800-53
