Job Summary

Leading the transformation of the Global Security Operations Center, the full-time Certified Protection Professional Manager will develop operational excellence roadmaps, manage global monitoring, and drive the implementation of standardized procedures while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the GSOC transformation by embedding lean principles and process controls
• Oversee 24/7 global monitoring, incident triage, and escalation of security events
• Integrate physical and cyber threat intelligence systems while managing vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security management, risk management, operations, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field
• Experience working in matrixed global organizations with remote and hybrid workforces
• Background in law enforcement, emergency management, defense, or public safety with operational command experience
• Certification as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or similar credential
