Job Summary

To support procurement operations, the full-time remote Certified Purchasing Agent will review and process purchase orders, evaluate vendors, and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:
  • Research and evaluate potential vendors and agreements
  • Audit invoices for accuracy and compliance with purchase orders
  • Maintain working relationships with vendors and address invoicing terms as needed
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or related discipline
  • Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or willingness to obtain within 12 months
  • Two years of experience in procurement of goods and services
  • Experience in procurement within a government contracting environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with DelTek Costpoint is preferred
