Certified Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality (IC) to support risk adjustment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations for communication delivery to leadership and coding professionals in compliance with regulations
• Develop and oversee audit processes to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements
• Serve as a subject matter expert and training resource for ICD coding and documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• 5-7 years of experience in medical record documentation review, diagnosis coding, and/or auditing
• Experience with International Classification of Disease (ICD) Codes
• CPC or CCS-P and CRC certifications required
• Experience with Medicare, Commercial, or Medicaid Risk Adjustment processes
