Job Summary
Serving as a key member of the quality team for the Military & Family Counseling Program, the remote Sr. Quality Specialist will conduct audits, recommend process improvements, and support the maintenance of a robust quality program while adhering to Eastern Standard Time business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct audits of operational procedures and recommend quality improvement activities to enhance compliance with contractual requirements
- Lead all aspects of the audit process, including planning, testing, and data analysis, while preparing detailed reports on outcomes and improvement opportunities
- Develop and revise operational policies and procedures, coordinating with vendors for outreach and interventions
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in quality improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare; a Master's degree is preferred
- Knowledge of quality improvement processes and basic statistical skills
- Proficiency in data management, data analysis, and reporting, preferably with Salesforce and Microsoft Office platforms
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred
