Certified Regional Coding Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Coding Manager to support middle revenue cycle functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance to ensure service level agreements are met, providing guidance and support
• Conduct performance reviews to meet KPIs and address coding workflow issues
• Collaborate with the quality review team to implement improvement plans and ensure compliance with performance standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Coding Certification through AHIMA or AAPC: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC
• Medical coding experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Leadership experience in a healthcare revenue cycle management position
