Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vocational Specialist to develop and provide vocational services for individuals with injuries and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and analyze medical and return-to-work information to assist in the return-to-work process
• Comply with federal, state, and accreditation standards related to vocational services
• Develop job opportunities and match clients with job leads through community resources

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), or Certified Case Manager (CCM) required
• Four years of experience in job placement and development for individuals with injuries or disabilities
• Minimum of one year of experience with vocational evaluations or counseling
• Credit security clearance via a background credit check is required
