Providing technical and educational expertise in cardiac devices, the full-time Associate Remote Care Specialist will review remote transmissions, offer troubleshooting support, and assist with customer onboarding while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Reviews remote transmissions for all CRM vendors and provides high-level service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Provides troubleshooting support and maintains appropriate documentation of processes
- Assists with onboarding new customers and partners with colleagues to understand market dynamics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of work experience in healthcare
- Certified Cardiographic Technician certification (CCT)
- Extensive understanding of medical terminology
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and other basic computer applications
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
