Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Patient Monitoring Technician - RPM.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' health data and identify abnormal readings
• Educate patients on device usage and ensure compliance with monitoring programs
• Document patient interactions and coordinate with healthcare teams for timely interventions

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (MA) required
• Strong patient education skills and excellent phone demeanor
• Self-starter capable of working independently
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Good computer skills and ability to multitask
