Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Certified Remote Patient Monitoring Technician will track and analyze patient health data, monitor vital signs, and ensure effective communication between patients and healthcare teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' health data through remote platforms and identify abnormal readings for escalation
- Educate patients on the use of remote monitoring devices and support adherence to the monitoring program
- Document patient interactions and maintain compliance with healthcare policies and regulations, including HIPAA
Required qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
- Strong patient education and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Good computer skills and experience with documentation/reporting
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to compliance
