Certified Reporter Scopist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scopist, Certified Reporter.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and finalize legal transcripts, ensuring accuracy with accompanying audio
• Organize and prioritize daily assignments while adhering to deadlines
• Prepare reports and maintain archival files for all transcripts

Required Qualifications

• Current certification as a CSR, CCR, RPR, or CVR
• Knowledge of legal, medical, and technical terminology
• Proficiency in CAT software editing and exporting functions
• Minimum touch-typing speed of 70 wpm with high accuracy
• Familiarity with court procedures and legal documents
