Job Summary
To ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards in human subject research, the full-time Certified Research Compliance Analyst will provide oversight, perform comprehensive analysis, and act as a liaison between research teams and Institutional Review Boards, working onsite in Peoria, Illinois.
Key responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive analysis and provide consultative support to ensure compliance with research regulations and ethical standards
- Act as a liaison between research teams and Institutional Review Boards to safeguard the interests of all parties involved
- Contribute to continuous quality assurance and improvement efforts within the research compliance framework
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-6 years of experience in research regulatory compliance or a related field, depending on the level of the position
- Current research professional certification (e.g., CCRP, CCRC, CHRC, or CIP) for higher-level positions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with research-related databases and software systems
- Ability to analyze complex clinical research protocols and manage multiple tasks independently
