Certified Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Performance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee reporting, analysis, and reconciliation related to gross and net revenue, including denials management and charge capture
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for improved reimbursement and collaborate with external billing partners
• Develop dashboards and report cards to monitor progress and trends for revenue cycle leadership

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-5 years of experience in revenue integrity for a multi-specialty healthcare facility
• Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Exceptional analytic aptitude with the ability to analyze large data sets
• Certified Professional Biller (CPB) and Certified Professional Coder (CPC) preferred
