Key Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze data related to operational workflows and key performance indicators
• Conduct routine analysis and tests of reports to ensure accuracy and expected results
• Collaborate with business partners to understand needs and create appropriate reporting solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
• 2+ years of data interpretation and analysis experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and vlookups/hlookups
• Intermediate SQL skills (joins and derived tables)
• HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
