Job Summary

Working full-time during weekdays, the Certified Revenue Cycle Concierge will manage patient financial inquiries, focusing on account balances, payment plans, and consumer experience while operating in a remote environment with potential onsite training.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and address calls from patients regarding financial questions related to their accounts
• Act as an advocate for consumers to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate account balance information
• Collaborate with various departments and report any potential issues affecting timely responses to patients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Four years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience, including one year in a hospital CBO customer service or call center environment
• Three years of experience in healthcare consumer relations
• CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) certification is preferred upon hire
• Associate's Degree with two years of Revenue Cycle experience is preferred
