Job Summary

To support the rapid growth in billing and collections, the full-time remote Certified Revenue Cycle Director will manage offshore RCM vendors, ensure compliance with billing guidelines, and oversee the daily activities of billing teams while driving revenue cycle transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage offshore Revenue Cycle Management vendor for timely billing and collections
• Collaborate with compliance and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Lead revenue cycle transformation projects, including documentation and coding optimization

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience
• Certified billing or coding certification required
• Expertise in telemedicine billing and coding for SUD/OUD/G Codes
• Degree in health administration or a related field preferred
