Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assessments Manager to lead the execution and improvement of the assessment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution, quality, and continuous improvement of the assessment lifecycle
• Coordinate assessment project logistics, including scheduling and document management
• Ensure assessment deliverables meet quality and branding standards while driving process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare and/or hospital revenue, preferably in acute hospital settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or other relevant certification preferred
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with experience in managing multiple projects
