Certified Revenue Cycle Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-level financial initiatives, the full-time remote Certified Revenue Cycle Project Manager will oversee complex revenue cycle programs, manage cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements to enhance patient access, billing, and collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply project management methodologies to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks across revenue cycle programs
• Lead cross-functional teams and develop project charters, work breakdown structures, and communication plans
• Analyze claim rejection trends and implement targeted strategies to improve clean claim rates and accelerate reimbursement cycles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, Health Information Management, or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years of extensive hands-on management experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Experience with Careview and InnovAlone systems
• Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) or similar revenue cycle certification required
• Certification in coding (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) required
