• Conducts audits and identifies trends to improve billing processes and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in patient accounting or a related field
• 3-4 years of successful leadership experience
• CRCS-I certification or higher-level certification required within 1 year
• Knowledge of medical terminology and payer billing preferred
