Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Revenue Cycle Denials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payer denial activities to ensure low denial rates and optimal reimbursement
• Direct daily operations of the denial management process and identify workflow improvements
• Collaborate with various departments to educate on billing and coding practices for compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
• Three to five years of experience in coding, insurance, or denial-related roles
• Three to five years of management experience required
• Certification in CPC, COC, RHIT, RHIA, or CCS is required
• Demonstrated knowledge of hospital billing and reimbursement processes
