Certified Revenue Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst II, responsible for billing, follow-up, and resolving payment issues for patient accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data, develop reports, and recommend enhancements to improve charge/coding capture
• Monitor revenue integrity activities and ensure timely responses in collaboration with various teams
• Provide education and guidance on charging/coding regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a healthcare-related field or two years of relevant experience
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) Certification within 3 months of hire
• One additional certification in coding from AAPC, AHIMA, or HFMA
• Three years of direct experience in revenue cycle operations
• Preferred experience in hospital billing/coding and proficiency in EPIC
