Certified Revenue Integrity Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Integrity (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the governance and maintenance of the Charge Description Master (CDM) to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Establish revenue cycle reporting requirements and ensure timely performance reporting
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate charge capture and compliance with regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, or a related field
• Seven (7) years of relevant work experience in revenue integrity or healthcare finance
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and complex initiatives
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory requirements
• Membership in relevant professional organizations such as HFMA or NAHRI preferred
