Certified Revenue Integrity Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews/audits of charge capture practices and provide education to clinical staff
• Ensure compliance and consistency in the Charge Description Master (CDM) and evaluate related requests
• Lead projects to enhance revenue capture and improve efficiencies in the charge capture process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in a related field
• Proficiency in hospital and professional revenue cycle operations
• Strong understanding of coding conventions and third-party payer regulations
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Outpatient Coder or Certified Professional Coder preferred
