Job Summary

To optimize hospital and professional revenue, the full-time Certified Revenue Integrity Manager will manage charge capture practices, ensure compliance in billing, and collaborate with clinical departments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospective and retrospective reviews of charge capture practices, providing education and reporting findings
• Lead projects to improve revenue capture and increase efficiencies in the charge capture process
• Provide ongoing reporting of revenue performance to various stakeholders, including clinical department leaders and executive teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in revenue cycle operations
• Proficiency in analyzing revenue data and communicating findings effectively
• Strong understanding of coding conventions and third-party payer regulations
• Preferred certifications include Certified Outpatient Coder (COC), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT)
