Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCC Coding Analyst I, a fully remote entry-level position in Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation to ensure accurate coding and compliance with CMS guidelines
• Support higher-level analysts and participate in internal department functions and audits
• Document chart review results and maintain knowledge of coding workflows and technologies

Required Qualifications

• National Professional Coding Certification from AHIMA or AAPC
• Some work or educational experience in medical coding or healthcare
• Functional knowledge of medical terminology, acronyms, anatomy, and physiology
• Basic-level experience with Microsoft Office products
• Completion of CRC certification within one year of hire
