Certified Risk Adjustment Coding Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Risk Adjustment Coding Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Managers with clinical pends and provide over-read feedback
• Assign manual assignments and assist with individual data entry production
• Review daily reports for QA scores and ensure collaboration among cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current Coding Certification (CPC, CPC-P, CPC-H, CPC-I, CRC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA, etc.) through AAPC and/or AHIMA
• Minimum of 5 years coding experience with knowledge of Medicare and Commercial Risk Adjustment
• Preferred experience in facility coding and Health Plan Risk Adjustment Data Validation Audit (RADV)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology
