Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Revenue Director (Remote/Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs to improve coding accuracy and manage vendor contracts
• Prepare for and manage auditing processes related to CMS and DHS
• Collaborate with executives to lead risk adjustment strategy and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Care Administration, Management, or related field
• Ten years of experience in risk adjustment or related area
• Fifteen years of management or leadership experience
• Certification as a Certified Professional Coder and/or Certified Risk Adjustment Coder
• Broad understanding of healthcare and health insurance
