Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Documentation & Coding Educator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training for individual and large provider groups on the HCC Risk Adjustment model
• Execute risk adjustment audits and communicate outcomes to diverse audiences
• Educate providers on risk adjustment documentation and coding training

Required Qualifications

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) required
• 5+ years of experience with coding and documentation
• Knowledge of federal laws and regulations affecting risk adjustment compliance
• Extensive knowledge of CMS and AMA coding guidelines
• Experience with Athena EMR preferred
