Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Offshore Risk Adjustment to join their Value Capture team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and ongoing development of offshore coding teams
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with industry standards and business objectives
• Oversee quality assurance and facilitate communication between offshore teams and onshore leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Risk Adjustment Coding and Auditing
• 3+ years as a subject matter expert in Medicare Advantage and Commercial Risk Adjustment
• 1+ year of experience in training or mentoring Risk Adjustment Coders/Auditors
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification
