Certified Risk Adjustment Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Associate Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of training programs for the risk adjustment department
• Create and update training materials and reference documents
• Co-train classes and manage administrative tasks related to training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Nationally certified medical coder (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC)
• Advanced experience with MS Office Suite, Articulate 360, and Saba LMS
• Experience with data manipulation and project management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
