Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Trainer to enhance the learning experience for teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs to improve risk adjustment knowledge and coding accuracy
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to identify learning needs and create educational programs
• Support employee development from onboarding through ongoing training and ensure compliance with coding guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
• 3 years of experience in designing and developing training programs
• 3 years of experience in risk adjustment and ICD-10 coding
• Must possess the AAPC Certified Risk Adjustment Coder Certificate (CRC)
• Proficient in Adobe eLearning Suite and Microsoft Office
