Certified SAFe Agilist
Job Summary
Providing expert Agile coaching and implementation support, the full-time Senior Agilist will work with VA health informatics teams to enhance Agile practices, facilitate collaboration, and deliver clinical informatics solutions remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide senior-level Agile and SAFe coaching and consultation across interdisciplinary VA health informatics teams
- Support the adoption and execution of SAFe and Lean-Agile practices, including PI planning and continuous improvement
- Guide the development of Agile artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification
- 7+ years of experience leading Agile and SAFe implementations in medium-to-large organizations
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience adopting Agile across an enterprise
- Experience with JIRA, JIRA Align, or comparable Agile planning tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
