Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Health & Safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain compliance with global health and safety regulations across all operations
• Develop and oversee enterprise safety programs aligned to operational needs
• Champion a culture of safety through leadership engagement and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or Environmental Science
• Master's degree in Safety Management or a related field is highly preferred
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in health and safety roles
• Proven track record in navigating regulatory frameworks across multiple geographies
