Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to join their Product Management team within the IT organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, ensuring they are effective and focused on team needs
• Mentor teams on Scrum and Agile best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for Scrum teams to improve velocity and delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certifications
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework
• 4-7 years' experience as a Scrum Master with a proven track record
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
