Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and drive continuous improvement within their IT organization.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and ensure they meet team needs
Coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices to foster collaboration and accountability
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve team performance and delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certifications
4-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a successful track record
Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Experience working with distributed or remote teams and scaling Agile practices
