Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Agile process for Scrum teams to ensure predictable software delivery
• Support the Product Owner and Development Team through servant leadership
• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices and facilitate self-organization

Required Qualifications

• First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM)
• 2-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team
• Familiarity with Agile software development and healthcare product delivery preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• Knowledge of various Scrum techniques and the ability to distinguish between Scrum and non-Scrum practices
