Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master (Remote) to facilitate scrum events and coach team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive effective scrum events including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Track team progress and velocity through relevant metrics and reports
• Identify and resolve impediments to optimize team performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields
• 5 - 7 years of experience using the Scrum framework
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Experience in training, mentoring, and coaching Scrum teams developing software/digital products
• Moderate to expert-level knowledge of JIRA or other agile tools
